Hailing from the historic city of Ibadan, Nigeria, in the heart of West Africa, Dáre Olúfèrè, affectionately known as AdéDáre, is a passionate advocate for African culture.
A graduate of Music from the University of Ibadan, AdéDáre's artistic pursuits in both painting and music are deeply rooted in his love for Africa and its fading heritage. Delving into the sacred and rich traditions of his Yoruba roots, AdéDáre infuses contemporary societal themes with the timeless values of his culture.
AdéDáre's choice of indigo hues pays homage to its historical significance within the Yoruba community, while his narrative is anchored in Ifa, the ancient Yoruba system of divination and philosophy, complemented by other African motifs, all serving to amplify his message.
